Team workshop
Your team, their real work, and a facilitated build. We pick the workflows they repeat, redesign them together, and they leave with something running and rules for when a person still has to look.
Workshops, talks and masterclasses
Sessions for service businesses, owner groups and leadership teams. People leave having built or decided something they can use, rather than having watched a demo of somebody else’s workflow.
Formats
Your team, their real work, and a facilitated build. We pick the workflows they repeat, redesign them together, and they leave with something running and rules for when a person still has to look.
A room-sized version of the argument: where AI earns its keep in a service business, where it does not, and why so many pilots end their lives in somebody’s Downloads folder.
For an association, chamber or peer group of owners. More teaching, more worked examples, and enough time for people to apply it to their own business instead of nodding politely for an hour.
For a leadership team deciding where to spend and what to govern. Straight answers, including the unbillable one where I tell you not to build the thing.
Who it’s for
Legal, accounting, wealth management, real estate, consultancies, agencies. Businesses where clients are choosing a person to work with, your people are the capacity, and the owner usually ends up in the middle of both.
Associations, chambers, peer groups and networks whose members run established businesses and are tired of AI talks that stop at prompting tips.
One business, its partners or managers, and the decisions nobody below them can make: capacity, risk, and who gets to say no.
What people leave with
Topics
Pick one and we go deep, or tell me the problem and I will tell you which of these it actually is.
Built for your room
Every session is built around the people in front of me, which is why I ask a slightly annoying number of questions before I say yes.
Before the date, we do a short call: who is in the room, what they do all day, where the work gets stuck, and what you want them doing differently afterwards. Where it helps, I will ask for a few real examples, anonymized, so the exercises use your work rather than a fictional firm selling fictional widgets.
In the room, people work on their own material. They leave with something of theirs actually improved, which is the only version of this that survives contact with a normal Monday.
Coming up
A working session on handing real, recurring work to AI: what to give it, what to keep, and how to tell the difference before you have wasted a quarter finding out.
Free, and lunch is included. Run in partnership with Great Pacific Mortgage & Investments.
A practical session on how to pick the right problem for AI to solve, so you get time back and the client experience improves at the same time.
Book a short call, or email me with the event, the date, the audience and the format you have in mind. I will tell you straight whether I am the right person for that room.
