How the best AI users are pulling ahead · 2-minute check

How much is AI actually giving you back, and where?

Six questions. Two minutes. Measure how much time you're getting back, how much of your business runs without you, and whether AI is actually improving your decisions or just writing faster emails.

01

Time Back

How many hours a week you are currently capturing, and what the gap is worth.

02

Business Independence

How much of the business keeps moving without needing you specifically.

03

Decision Quality

Whether AI actually pressure-tests your real calls, or just agrees with you.

The problem

You built a business. It still behaves a lot like your job.

Your team is capable. Your systems probably work. Clients are being served.

But too many things still find their way back to you.

A proposal needs reviewing. A team member needs context. A client issue needs a judgment call. A report needs pulling together. A decision needs making, and nobody wants to make it before you have weighed in.

The same three approvals. The same report. The same client update, again. Some mornings genuinely feel like Groundhog Day (minus the piano lessons and the falling in love).

None of these things is a crisis. They're just remarkably good at filling your week.

You haven't taken a proper day off in longer than you'd like to admit. And no, answering "just one quick Teams message" doesn't count.

The problem is that too much of the business still depends on you, and you're spending too much time on work that no longer needs your attention.

That's what we fix. Here's how.

Practical

We build real things together, in the sessions, using the actual decisions already on your desk. What gets built is further down this page.

Personal

You build the habit of working with AI well, so it becomes a real thought partner instead of a very confident search box, or worse, something that starts thinking for you before you notice.

Become a High-Leverage Operator

The High-Leverage Operator is a private eight-week program for owners who want AI to change how their business runs, not just help them write faster emails.

We find the recurring work and decisions that are taking too much of your time. Then we build the systems to handle them.

By the end of the program, you will have a practical operating system that helps you:

Book your 30-minute call
  1. Time

    Buy back your time

Remove recurring work from your week and reclaim at least 10 owner-hours in a typical week.

  2. Decisions

    Make better decisions

Use a context-rich decision system to test assumptions, examine trade-offs and prepare important calls before you make them.

  3. Knowledge

Get what is in your head into the business

Capture the standards, examples, processes and judgment rules your team repeatedly needs from you.

  4. Independence

    Less dependence on you

The business keeps moving on a day you're unreachable, instead of waiting for you to come back from wherever you've disappeared to. Probably still checking Slack, let's be honest.

Eight weeks from now

A Monday that runs without you.

  1. You open your laptop on Monday morning.
  2. There are fewer messages asking what to do next.
  3. The proposal already has a first draft.
  4. Your meeting starts with a summary instead of twenty minutes of catching up.
  5. Someone makes a good decision without checking with you first.
  6. You finish work on time.
  7. Nobody messages you that evening.

That's what we're building.

The High-Leverage Operator OS

Everything we build fits into one practical operating system.

01

Your Leverage Map

We map where your time actually goes, and sort it into what still needs your judgment and what's just become a habit. You leave with a ranked plan: what stays yours, what AI can prepare, what gets delegated, what gets automated, and what stops happening altogether.

02

Your AI-Powered Knowledge Base

Every process and judgment call that's only ever lived in your head, captured somewhere real. The kind of context a new hire would otherwise take two years to absorb by watching you, written down and usable by your team.

03

Your Decision System

We build three to five AI advisors using real context from your business. Each has a defined job and a different perspective. They may test financial assumptions, challenge customer logic, examine operational risk or argue against your preferred option.

Think of it as a standing board that is available when you need to pressure-test an important call, without adding another meeting to your calendar.

04

Your Workflow Engine

Two to three AI workflows built around your real recurring work, live and handling it for you, not a diagram or a recommendation you file away. The first one is working within 14 days; the rest get built, tested, and improved as the program continues.

Underneath all four: a repeatable quarterly operating rhythm you run yourself, and something someone else could eventually step into. A business, not just a job that happens to have your name on it.

Why this works

Your judgment stays in charge.

AI gathers context. It drafts. It researches. It challenges assumptions. It even argues the other side when it thinks you're missing something.

You still make the call.

An AI that always agrees with you is just a yes-man with excellent grammar.

AI isn't the strategy. It's part of the strategy.

Most businesses are asking the wrong question: "Where could we use AI?"

We ask a different one: "What is the business trying to achieve?"

Sometimes AI is the answer. Sometimes it isn't. We never automate for the sake of automation. We build systems that create leverage.

We build habits, not dependencies.

The biggest shift isn't learning a better prompt. It's changing how you approach work.

Eventually, one question becomes automatic: "Could AI help with this?"

Not because AI should do everything. Because it's worth asking before you spend the next hour doing it yourself.

How the eight weeks work

Before we begin

Establish the baseline

You complete a short time and dependency assessment. We identify where your week currently goes, which decisions repeatedly wait for you, and where the first 10 hours are most likely to come from.

You receive your initial Leverage Map before the first build begins.

Week 1

Choose the first hours to buy back

We confirm the highest-value workflow, define the baseline and decide exactly what the system must do. We also set the rules for what remains human-led.

Week 2

Put the first system to work

We build and launch your first quick-win system. You use it in real work immediately.

Week 3

Capture the knowledge that matters most

We create the first version of your Knowledge Core, focused on the information your team or systems repeatedly need from you.

Week 4

Build the second workflow

We automate or support another recurring piece of work and measure its effect against the baseline.

Week 5

Expand and improve

We build the third workflow where appropriate and improve the earlier systems using real-world results.

Week 6

Build your Decision System

We create your AI advisory group using your real commercial context, priorities and decision principles.

Week 7

Hand over the operating system

We establish ownership, safe-use rules, checks and escalation points. Nothing important is left running as an unexplained black box.

Week 8

Lock in the result

We measure the hours saved, close any remaining gaps and create your 90-day expansion map.

You leave knowing what to build next, what not to build, and how to keep the system useful.

The Ten-Hour Guarantee

At the start of the program, we record where your time currently goes and agree on the workflows included in the guarantee.

By the end of week eight, the systems we build will be saving you at least 10 owner-hours in a typical working week. If they are not, we continue working with you weekly at no additional charge for up to four further weeks. If the systems still do not reach the agreed target, we refund $1,500.

The guarantee applies when you:

  • attend the agreed sessions
  • provide the business information needed for the builds
  • test the systems between sessions
  • use them for the work they were designed to handle
  • give timely feedback when something is not working

No vague productivity score. No claim that you "feel more efficient." We measure the work before and after.

Who you'll work with

You'll work directly with me.

Every session. Every decision. Every system we build.

For more than 16 years, my work has centred on one thing: helping organisations work better. That has included customer and employee experience, technology transformation, service design and operational improvement across global SaaS, financial services and healthcare.

The industries are different. The bottlenecks are remarkably similar.

Too much knowledge lives in one person's head. Too many decisions wait for one person's approval. Too many hours disappear into work that shouldn't exist anymore.

That's where I come in.

I'll challenge assumptions, ask awkward questions and occasionally suggest deleting a process instead of automating it. (It's surprisingly effective.)

The investment

The Operator Audit

$950

A single 90-minute working session mapping where your time actually goes, plus a written brief on the highest-value place to start.

Credited in full toward the Core Program if you enroll within 14 days.

Book the Audit

Accelerated

$12,500

The same system on a compressed timeline, with more built. Four to five agents instead of two to three, twice-weekly sessions, delivered in five to six weeks.

Team Rollout included.

Talk about Accelerated

All prices in CAD. After the program, an optional Operating Rhythm Retainer keeps the quarterly review running: one 90-minute session plus updates to your Knowledge Base and agents, $1,500 CAD per quarter. Offered at the end of session eight, not before.

Built for one kind of operator

This is for you if

  • You're the person a business currently can't run without
  • Your calendar is the actual bottleneck, not your team's
  • You already use AI occasionally, but nothing about how you work has changed because of it
  • You have real decisions on your plate this quarter to build around

This isn't for you if

  • You want someone else to run AI adoption for you without your involvement
  • You're looking for a tool recommendation, not a working system
  • You don't have real decisions on your plate right now to build the program around

Questions

Before you book the call

The things operators ask before they commit. If yours is not here, bring it to the call.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need to understand your business. That is the part AI cannot supply. We choose tools that fit your current environment and explain what is running, what information it uses and where human review is required.

What if we already use ChatGPT or Copilot?

That is common. Occasional individual use is different from having repeatable systems connected to real work and business context. We build on what you already use where it makes sense.

Will AI make decisions for me?

No. It can gather context, identify patterns, produce options, challenge assumptions and draft recommendations. The final judgment and accountability stay with you.

How much time will I need?

The main commitment is one 75-minute session a week. Most building happens during the sessions. Between sessions, you use the systems in real work and provide feedback on where they help or fail.

What tools will we use?

That depends on your business, existing software, security needs and workflow. We choose technology after deciding what needs to change. Any additional subscription costs are agreed before implementation.

What happens after eight weeks?

You keep everything we build and receive 45 days of implementation support. You can continue independently or add a quarterly Operator OS Review for measurement, maintenance and future improvements.

We tried something like this before and it didn't stick.

Most first attempts are a tool without a system underneath it. This program builds the system first: your Knowledge Base, your Decision System, and your operating rhythm are what make the workflows stick after the sessions end, not the workflows alone.

My team won't adopt it.

The Team Rollout exists for exactly this. The system is built around you first, then brought to your team on purpose, not handed to them cold.

What if it doesn't work for my situation?

That's what the Ten-Hour Guarantee is for. If your automation agents aren't saving you 10 hours a week by the end of week 8, we keep working with you at no additional charge for up to 8 more weeks until they are.

Stop making yourself the required step in every process.

In eight weeks, you can have a business that uses more of your judgment without requiring more of your time. And at least 10 hours of your week back.
